At the Russell Library in Middletown, teen author Ibi Zoboi
presents her new book, “American Street,” at 1 pm. In the evening they’ve got

documentary, “Veterans of Color,” Thursday night. There’s a LinkedIn Workshop
Friday morning, along with Adult Coloring for Stresss Reduction. On Saturday

Saturday afternoon, the library sponsors a performance by The Harlem Quartet at

Hartford’s Real Art Ways continues its 2018 Oscar Nominated
Short Films series all week. Other Oscar nominees being screened this week
include “The Shape of Water,” a Cold War fable by Guillermo Del Toro, “The
Insult,” a French film about tension in Beirut, and “The Breadwinner,” an animated
production. The weekend opening is “Lover For a Day,” a French love story. “Water Warriors,” a film about an
